The nature of IT projects makes resourcing a difficult issue. Customers often don't know how long a project should last, or how many people will be needed to deliver it. Ultima employs full-time project managers who will liaise with all parties involved in a project, so that from design to delivery we can ensure that it is completed on time and to budget. For customers this means minimal risk and no excuses!

create and implement policies and standards
co-ordinate the outsourcing of a service, e.g. help desks
