Maintenance

with the reliable maintenance services that are needed to resolve
these situations swiftly, efficiently and in the most cost-effective
way. We offer a range of services that include:
Maintenance Helpdesk If a device fails call Ultima and we
will manage that call on your behalf, making sure that the service
levels are adhered to and communication is timely. Ultima's helpdesk
team have dedicated support call contacts at HP, IBM, Sun and Phoenix
to streamline and prioritise maintenance calls and your contract
with Ultima can cover these, plus any other manufacturers you require.
Tailored Maintenance Solutions Ultima's dedicated maintenance
product manager can identify the best maintenance solutions for
your computing environment, across any number of manufacturers,
and you will be able to set your own Service Level Agreement so
that you have peace of mind that your systems will be operational
again within the boundaries that are acceptable to your organisation.
When you take out a maintenance contract with Ultima you will be
sent a detailed annual maintenance contract listing all equipment
covered and service levels selected. Ultima will also send you your
renewal contract 120 days prior to renewal to give you time to budget
for ongoing maintenance.
HP Warranty Management Using the serial numbers on the hardware
owned by your organisation, Ultima can track the warranty expiry
dates on your behalf to ensure that continuation of service in maintained.
If the equipment is placed on a maintenance contract with Ultima,
the warranty tracking service is provided free of charge.
