How do I Buy?
Hardware pricing and stock levels can be found by speaking with your Ultima Account Team or by logging on to Ultima’s Interact Portal. The portal is a fully integrated Client relationship management system operating 24x7. Customised for each Customer, it provides capabilities and information on how to:
- Log calls, check current status, reopen calls and create reports on those calls logged
- Calls logged per asset allowing for reporting on individual assets
- Log and track change requests
- Download essential software updates
- All statistical information on the service including capacity and availability reports will be presented on the portal for ease of reference
- Access essential contact information and details on entire managed solution
- Pose generic technical questions through the discussion forum
