Our Project Managers work closely with customers to fully understand and document all requirements and to use the benefit of our experience to provide project direction. The Project Manager takes responsibility for managing the progress of the project at all times, and provides the interface between the customer’s Project Team and Ultima. - Setting Expectations – by defining and communicating project aims and deliverables properly and by measuring and managing their delivery, unexpected outcomes, and the consequent increases in project costs will be avoided;
- Partitioning of tasks – by clearly defining roles and responsibilities to allow focus and manageability, and by the allocation of consistent and appropriate project resources, project costs will be optimised;
- Status Reporting – defining and managing acceptance milestones and communication processes, and the regular reporting of project status eliminates unexpected, and potentially expensive, surprises;
- Risk Management: Ultima’s Project Managers have extensive experience in quality of management of project issues and risks, ensuring that risks are reduced and issues managed in the most appropriate and cost-effective manner.
